Before joining full-time MBA in university, I was Managing Director and managed a start-up company with P&L responsibility, focusing on market and strategy development. As a Human Resources Director, I established a robust organization structure in a MedTech company by assembling a skilled senior management team and establishing departmental functions, led talent acquisition and training initiatives, and joined the company's investment and financing projects and design of equity incentive policies. I have worked in recruiting firms at the director, letting the team use critical thinking to find suitable candidates and maintain good relationships with them. Our efforts were recognised by clients and with long-term cooperation. As a Project Manager, I assisted sponsors with marketing and access to Chinese airports and airline executives.
