I have 12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and System Engineering, having contributed to a variety of projects including laptop and desktop deployments, imaging and re-imaging, troubleshooting, and thin-client setup, Microsoft O365 Administration (Beginner). My expertise extends to network configuration, including switch and Palo-Alto firewall management, as well as user support within office environments. Additionally, I have experience in IT asset management and have utilized Python and C# to develop small automation scripts to streamline my daily tasks. I am currently seeking a part-time position available only on weekends to further enhance my foundational experience.
