I am an seventeen-year-experienced customer representative who has worked in multinational contact centers based in the Philippines and years experience as an Administrative support specialist. My last four years of that employment have been as an administrative support officer for an Australian company Theshowermanmelbourne. In this role, the main tasks include Appointment setting with clients, doing follow-ups, and answering all phone and email inquiries. Coordinating with clients on existing and ongoing jobs that need assistance, providing quotations for new clients, Appointment settings, Calendar management, email management, doing end-of-day reports, and tracking daily tasks through the use of Excel and Google Sheets. The main software applications utilized across my career are main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); MS Outlook and other e-mail applications; Private systems for contact center organizations; Gsuite; Xero, Servicem8, Trello, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
