My name is Kathleen Daef and I have a rich and diverse background in education and customer service. My career journey has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills and experiences that I bring to any role I undertake. Most recently, I served as a Senior High School Teacher specializing in Information and Communications Technology. In this position, I was responsible for developing and delivering curriculum, guiding students through complex technological concepts, and fostering a productive learning environment. Prior to this role, I worked as a Customer Service Representative. During my tenure, I honed my communication and problem-solving skills, providing excellent support and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. I also have significant experience in elementary and high school education, where I adapted to the challenges of online teaching during the pandemic. Additionally, I worked as an Online Tutor, further enhancing my ability to deliver effective remote instruction. I also have experience in administrative work, having served as an Office Clerk under the Special Program for the Employment of Students (S.P.E.S) at our Municipality. This role provided me with valuable insights into office management and public administration. With a solid foundation in both teaching and customer service, I am passionate about fostering growth and providing exceptional support in any capacity. My varied experiences have equipped me with the adaptability, dedication, and communication skills necessary to excel in dynamic environments. I want to work from home to achieve a better work-life balance, reduce commuting time, and create a more flexible and productive work environment.
