In my previous workplace, I started off as a technical writer before being promoted to functional consultant. I have had to work on end user guides and configuration documents relevant for the admin end users. Apart from technical writing, I have experience in content management of 3 years and literary writing of 7 years. I also have two published anthology books to my name.
