Personal summary

I design, evolve and implement robust production processes or client journeys, end to end. I have a good sized, well-curated toolkit of skills and stuff from a career of over 20 years. Whilst intentionally morphing into a freelancer this year, I asked a colleague for a recommendation, they said: ‘What's it like to work with Stevie? It's like taking a deep breath. Having Stevie in your team means getting back the much needed focus on your craft’. Teams need space to do their best work, with no system or process hiccups or heavy admin burdens. Consulting a team to get to the root of blockers and then finding innovative ways to remove them is where my energy fizzes. Making things so simple that a team don’t really even feel they’re doing any admin is my north star. I thrive on investigating opportunities for streamlining and growth, listening to the needs of all stakeholders, turning my findings into a technical brief, and I can then guide the transition and train teams (and fully document the new process for you too). Companies have goals to meet. Process and data is key, standardisation and consistency of approach, plus governance of systems and integration of tech all pull together to make it happen. I love all of that. But not everyone else does. I can be the conduit to enthuse them, regardless. I can cover interim management needs, take on regular but intermittent tasks (monthly reporting data etc), be deployed to take a look at an immediate business need or niggle, help with strategy, evolve and standardise process, find efficiencies, support system access audits, or do a full 360 review of production processes and help build something that fits the company culture. Many things that save business leaders time, money and energy.
