Personal summary

am a creative and industrious freelancer and researcher who brings a broad range of skills to the table. In addition to a BA (Hons) in Social Science (1st) and MSc with Distinction in Social Research I have a number of professional certifications, the most recent of which being the fundamentals of digital marketing and media relations, SEO and LinkedIn Marketing. My career experience has been varied, though since gaining my first degree it has focused around four main areas: - on & offline marketing - web design, creation & UX - community building - problem solving I can help your business in a number of ways from social media content creation and management to designing flyers and conference stands. Or maybe your website needs a refresh? I can work with you to create a suite of branding materials, or help you stay on top of day to day tasks such as updates, editing and proofing. If you're looking at the big picture, I can help you design an optimised content and social strategy which showcases your strengths and creativity and helps you connect with your customers. If you're taking a deep dive into who your customers are and what they need, I can help you design and run surveys, focus groups and interviews and then analyse the results, giving you actionable insights. When it comes to tools, if I haven't used your preferred choice before, I'll pick it up quickly - learning new skills is one of my favourite parts of the job - and I might even be able to suggest a more efficient alternative. Some of the tools I'm most proficient in are: MS Suite Google Suite Adobe image editing Canva WordPress Hootsuite I've used various collaboration tools in the past - Trello is always a favourite, but I'm loving Notion at the moment. I've also used several different video editing tools - my preference changes depending on the type of deliverable I'm working on. If you're interested in working with me, please do get in touch.
