Personal summary

I am a very experienced Business Consultant and Mentor. I have worked across many Industries, scaling from sole traders to multi £ PLC companies. My main area of expertise lies in developing successful Master Business Plans and Strategic Pathways. These plans firstly identify the real aspiration (not just the surface perception) shape that in a way that is reasonable and doable (using current/attainable resources) and then execute. For example, I often get asked to help raise money, in order to start up or for growth. That simply would not be enough. There are a lot of inherent threats when either starting or growing a business : - • Running out of cash • Creating production/service bottlenecks • Swamping Directors and/or staff with impossible workloads • Causation of slipping quality standards etc etc. My method is to plot all of these factors and create answers for these things before they become a serious (potentially business ending) issue. Once the Strategic Pathway is set with the Business Owners, I am then on hand to help execute the plans and operate a Continuous Business Improvement plan and that is where the true skill and ultimate results come from. Focusing on the Team, I have established Operator Development Plans and Leadership Development Plans. The latter features a section on Emotional Intelligence and developing a heightened E.I. is crucial in extending team competence and motivation.
