Personal summary

I had an early career in Graphic Design and Website Development which gives me a good 'hands-on' understanding for leading, collaborating with and supporting Digital Product Delivery Teams; as well as giving me a good level of knowledge within the technical support of those Products. I am experienced within both Waterfall and Agile methodologies independently, as well as simultaneously. Leading operational scrum ceremonies etc.; whilst adhering to overarching PMO Governance (WAgile). As a Project Manager I am accomplished at Stakeholder Management / Budgeting / Planning (Roadmaps) / Requirement Definition (BA & User Stories) / Working alongside UX Researchers (User Journeys / Personas), Working alongside Strategists and Marketers A/B Testing / (DXP MarCom's Workflows), as well as Data Analysts and Testers. Taking Product from Strategy to Lean UX Concepting all the way through Build to Deployment and BAU Service Delivery / DevOps. Additionally, I am also capable of drawing on and implementing my Product Management skill sets and experience, so that I can better deliver value and efficiency for the Business that I am working for, their Clients and for the Users of their Digital Products.
