Personal summary

I am a civil engineer with experience as a QA/QC engineer, field engineer/precast coordinator, project in-charge, and freelance quantity surveyor/cost estimator. I oversee all testing methods done on site. Inspect the site as per standards of inspection and testing processes. Prepares the daily progress inspection report, non-conformity report monitoring, hand-over monitoring, and monthly quality assurance report. Monitors daily activities in compliance with the quality process for the preparation of the weekly project scorecards. I do the scheduling of the precast production and estimate the needed volume of concrete, quantity of rebar and area of formworks of each precast element. I am proficient in using Planswift and Bluebeam Revu software to generate bill of quantities, I also do manual take-off with the aid of Microsoft Excel. Lastly, I direct, manage, and lead the assigned scope of work for the project. I supervise the implementation of the project operational plan, project quality plan, inspection and test plan, and project construction safety and health program as the project in-charge.
