I am a skilled and experienced Service Transition and Project Manager with more than 16 years of experience. My areas of expertise are IT, telecommunications and legal managed services, as well as Cloud services, Digital Assistance, Software implementations and action bots. I am a process person with a 'can-do' attitude and strong logical mind, which allows me to identify and fill process and service gaps. I am ITIL, PRINCE2, Scrum Master and ISO certified.
