I have 20 years of experience with leading brands in Nigeria as a Researcher, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Marketing Strategist, Consumer Insight Analyst, and Business Intelligence professional. My research background transverses all sectors, including health, especially HIV/AIDS-related issues. I have strength in quantitative and qualitative studies, with proof from all the studies I have done in the market today. A very few examples are the fact that I have been involved in more than 100 research studies for MTN, over 50 research studies for BBC Trust, part of the team that conducted the survey that birthed Etisalat's tagline, "Now you are talking," rebranding of Ovaltine, HIV self-testing kits, to mention but a few. I am a proud graduate of the University of Ibadan, where I bagged my first and second degrees in Statistics and Actuarial Science. I am a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Administrators and Researchers of Nigeria (ICARN). I am also a member of the European Society of Marketing Research (ESOMAR), the Pan African Marketing Research Organization (PAMRO), and the Nigeria Marketing Research Association (NIMRA). I have attended several training sessions in quantitative and qualitative research, soft skills, sales, and marketing, both locally and internationally. I am a 2021 Alumnus of the EDC, ExxonMobil/Cherie Blair Foundation, and Road to Growth in Nigeria. I have attended several trainings on entrepreneurship by Sheventures FCMB, ImpactHer, Wennovations, Pan African Women Empowerment Network (PAWEN), Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF), Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), to mention a few. I am an accredited and qualified VC4A, Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, Fate Foundation, and WIMBIZ Mentor. I am also a facilitator at Fate Foundation. I must state categorically that aside from my research background and understanding, I am a marketing guru who understands the four ‘Ps’ of marketing adequately: product, price, place, and promotion. This is because of my experience in fast-moving consumer goods, both tangible and intangible. I have worked in the largest tissue paper industry in Nigeria and the entire West African market as a Marketing Manager. I have also sold life and non-life insurance products with excellent sales records. I understand the four channels of sales points- Open market, cash van, modern trade, and institution. Based on my sales experience and leadership roles in all the places I have worked, I can also be a Business Development professional. I am a Senior Consultant at Precision Edge Limited- a global research and marketing solutions brand. Today, Precision Edge, through my leadership, has developed the first research-based digital platform for the Nigerian insurance industry to solve four major industry problems: trust, low awareness, poor database, and poor customer management services. I am advancing my career at the University of Plymouth, United Kingdom, in MSC, Data Science, and Business Analytics.
