With over 5 years of project management experience and more than 15 years in IT overall, I am seeking a position where I can apply my skills and expertise. With a proven track record as a senior project manager specializing in IT solutions and extensive experience in business analysis, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team. In my previous role as a Senior Project Manager at Eleks, I successfully completed approximately 10 projects. I led cross-functional technical project teams with 60+ members and managed budgets exceeding 5 million dollars. I have worked in a scaled agile environment and held the position of a program manager. My work involved managing complex technical projects in health and residential insurance, as well as power generation domains. In terms of Project Management Excellence, I have overseen the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. My expertise includes project schedule and cost planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. My experience in business analysis has equipped me with the ability to identify and understand business needs, translating them into actionable project requirements. This ensures that IT solutions not only meet technical specifications but also align with broader business goals.
