During my three-decade journey through production and management, and immersing myself in diverse cultures, I spent 18 years living and working in France and 13 years in China. This dynamic experience equipped me to lead Chinese teams, innovate with production techniques, and engage with environmental initiatives. During my career, I have gained a solid, all-round and in-depth experience in  Project Management, (from Product design, product/project costing & price structuring, through raw materials selection & production to logistics & delivery),  International Purchasing ,  Supplier & Product Sourcing, (supplier evaluation, audits, risk assessment & QC)  Production Management, (with knowledge of many raw materials, their chemical & physical properties & limits as well as the various production methods)  International Logistics, (Sea, Air, Road & Rail, as well as customs tarification and customs clearance)  General Management, (Managing a team of up to 20 persons on 4 sites)  Accounting. (including P&L, day-to-day, cash-flow, year-end and audit).  Waste management and waste recycling These competencies were honed through a range of roles in France, culminating in a managerial position in China. I pride myself on consistently meeting and exceeding targets, with a particular highlight being my 13 years of successful leadership and management in China. There, I adeptly applied my skills to ensure timely project and production delivery, stringent budget control, and maximized profits. I bring to the table an open-minded, company-oriented approach, functioning as a hardworking team player with a hands-on, honest ethos. My problem-solving mindset is driven by a positive outlook. I firmly believe that my experience and work ethic make me a valuable asset to any organization.
