Personal summary
I'm a designer have experience in designing posters, backdrops, stages, booths, home interiors, a dormitory, and a coffee shop. I prefer to work independently. Working with a team is a challenge for me that I have learned since joined the organizations in college. If I am allowed to lead, I tend to be an intuitive person, a detailed planner who accepts improvisation and pays attention to the sensitivity of each team member. In my opinion, to move forward to achieve a common vision collaboration is more important than internal competition.
