Personal summary

An experienced Product Owner/ Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology and services industry. With a Master's degree in Business Analysis and Consulting and proven experience in business analysis particularly in software development projects, I am equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. I have a deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and have successfully managed projects from inception to completion. Skilled in Excel, Microsoft Office, Report writing, Requirement Gathering, Analysis, SQL database, C#, .NET. I developed numerous skills and strengthened existing abilities, all which would serve me well in your organisation. My web development experience honed my aptitude with object-oriented programming, analysis and user interfaces among other areas. I have also worked in developing project plans, monitor performance, and ensure that the needs of our stakeholders are met. One of my recent achievements involved leading the redesign of our data entry system in Realpage, where I proposed a solution that reduced the need for two full-time employees. I achieved this by creating a system that periodically sweeps invoices from each folder and batches them into the appropriate batch type for data entry. This project was highlighted in our division's quarterly internal report for its excellence. I am proud to have received Bravo twice at United Health Groups for innovative ideas that improved complex business processes. These achievements reflect my dedication and drive to excel in my work. As these few wins show, I am not only fond of the work that I do, but I take great pride in it, as well. If given the chance, I will bring that same work ethic and drive.
